Every digital book, a tree that grows
Knowledge without felled trees, and land that keeps growing.
- 24
- sheets an average paper book needs
- 3–5
- years until the tree stands firm
- 1
- tree planted from every digital book’s profit
A tree not cut, and a tree we plant

When you choose digital publishing with Zart, no tree is cut for your book. A paper book needs about 24 sheets on average, and each sheet comes from a small part of a tree that took years to grow.
Instead, we invest part of the profit from every digital book we publish in a real tree from the Harth company, in cooperation with the Asdam community. It is planted, watered and grown for 3 to 5 years, and once it stands firm it moves to a public park or an area that needs planting, giving shade and life for decades.
This is not a symbolic equation: your digital book keeps existing trees standing, and adds a new one that lasts for generations.
Three things your book leaves behind

- 01
A digital book, a tree not cut
No paper, no ink, no shipping.
- 02
And a tree we plant
From the profit of every digital book, with Harth and the Asdam community.
- 03
And an impact that stays
Watered and tended for 3 to 5 years until it stands, then planted where people need it.
A team that truly loves books

At Zart we don’t choose people who treat the work as just a job, but people who genuinely love books, reading and authors. Our team reads books, discusses them and understands the value of what an author gives the world.
When you talk to them about your book you feel passion, not dry professionalism. That means sharper editing, a design that reflects the spirit of your book and service that actually listens. The proof is authors who come back to us again and again.
Publish your book, plant a tree
Every digital book we publish with you adds a tree to the land.
